Note: Although we are not seeing appointments between the hours of 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. on weekdays, feel free to come in during those times to purchase food or pick up medication that you had ordered in advance.
We are located at 2806 Avenue U, between East 28th and East 29th Streets in Brooklyn, NY. The B3 stops in front of the office and the B44/B36 stop is 2 blocks away. Avenue U stop on the Q-train is about a 5-10 minute walking distance away.
