Payment Information
We request payment at the time of service and we accept cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and Care Credit. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express at this time. We will accept a check with proper identification, such as driver's license or non-driver state ID. We will always talk with you about the cost of treatment before undertaking a major procedure. We realize that the cost of treatment can be high and that people often face a difficult decision about whether they can afford needed treatment. Whenever possible, we will try to arrange a payment plan or refer you to subsidized services.
